Product Description

The CF-802M is a micro button compression force sensor manufactured entirely from stainless steel. It provides reliable force measurement across three capacity options: 1kN, 2kN, and 3kN. The sensor features an ultra-compact Φ12.7mm outer diameter with a low profile height of 6mm. Key characteristics include small deflection, high dynamic response frequency, and outstanding repeatability.

Combined error and non-linearity are ≤0.5%F.S., while repeatability reaches ≤0.2%F.S., ensuring consistent output across millions of operating cycles. Rated output is 1.0±0.5mV/V with a zero balance of ±0.05mV/V. The strain gauge technology is temperature-compensated to minimize signal drift. Recommended excitation voltage ranges from 2 to 12 VDC.


Rated IP67, the CF-802M is fully sealed against dust and temporary immersion. It operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 120°C. The stainless steel housing is corrosion-resistant and hermetically sealed. The standard cable is Φ1.5mm × 2000mm, flexible and durable. Safe overload is 150%F.S.Typical applications include press-fit monitoring, force-limited assembly, robotic end-effector feedback, test benches, quality control, and R&D compression testing. The sensor's compact dimensions and high dynamic response make it adaptable to diverse force measurement requirements.
