Product Description

The CF-803 is a micro button compression force sensor manufactured from stainless steel, offering a capacity range from 50N up to 1000N. Its compact structure features low profile, small deflection, and high dynamic response frequency. The sensor is fully sealed to IP67, making it suitable for a wide variety of force measurement tasks in industrial settings.
Combined error and non-linearity are 0.5%F.S., while repeatability is an excellent 0.2%F.S. - providing consistent, reliable output over many cycles. Rated output is 1.0±20%mV/V with a zero balance of ±2%mV/V. Recommended excitation voltage is 5~12 VDC. Insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC.

Rated IP67, the CF-803 is fully protected against dust and temporary immersion. It operates reliably from -20°C to 80°C, accommodating typical factory and laboratory environments. The stainless steel housing is corrosion-resistant, and the standard cable (Φ2mm × 4000mm) is flexible and durable. Safe overload is 150%F.S.
