Product Description

The CF-801 is a miniature load button compression force sensor designed for precise force measurement in space-constrained industrial applications. It can also be referred to as a force transducer or force sensor. This model features a robust 17-4 stainless steel construction with an ultra-compact outer diameter of just 8mm and a low deflection profile height of 6mm.


The compressive force transducer is mechanically and electrically compatible with its predecessor models, allowing easy installation into existing systems. Its extremely compact design (Ø8mm x 6mm) further facilitates integration into test benches, assembly systems, and automated production lines.

Providing 0.5%F.S. combined accuracy (with 0.5% linearity and repeatability), the CF-801 is based on high-strain gauge technology. Force is applied through a dedicated load button point, ensuring consistent and repeatable measurement results.

The CF-801 force sensor offers IP66 protection as standard. Precise measurement results are guaranteed even in adverse environments thanks to the hermetically sealed stainless steel housing and rugged 4-meter cable.
