The CF-802S is an ultra-micro button-type compression load cell with a diameter of just Φ10mm - one of the smallest commercially available force sensors in its class. Designed for applications where every millimeter matters, this stainless steel sensor delivers reliable force measurement from 10N up to 500N. It is commonly referred to as a load button, force transducer, or micro compression sensor.


Engineered for harsh and variable environments, the CF-802S offers IP67 protection against dust and temporary immersion. Its operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 120°C, making it suitable for cold storage monitoring, automotive under-hood testing, and high-temperature industrial processes. The hermetically sealed housing and flexible Φ1.5mm×2000mm cable ensure long-term reliability.

The low-profile, small-deflection design allows the CF-802S to be easily integrated into space-constrained systems without modifying existing mechanical structures. Its Φ10mm form factor is mechanically compatible with many standard mounting interfaces.
With a combined error of ≤0.5%F.S., non-linearity ≤0.5%F.S., and outstanding repeatability of ≤0.2%F.S., the CF-802S guarantees consistent measurement results over millions of cycles. The high dynamic response frequency enables real-time force feedback for closed-loop control systems.
